Primal Paleo is a novel, great-tasting, dairy-free protein powder, yielding 21 to 26 grams of protein per serving (depending on the flavor). It contains HydroBEEF™, a highly concentrated, pure beef protein, produced through an exclusive proprietary process that allows the protein to be hydrolyzed into more peptides, resulting in easier absorption and assimilation. This product contains beef from animals raised in Sweden without hormones or antibiotics, and it is non-GMO and free of grains, grasses, and/or ensilage.

Primal Paleo is an ideal protein for those who:

Gluten, Soy, Dairy Product and ingredients derived from Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), Artificial Colors, Artificial Sweeteners, and Artificial Preservatives.

Mix 27 grams (approximately one scoop) in 8 ounces of water or any other beverage per day, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Use a blender or shaker bottle, and shake or mix well. For best blending results, the liquid should be at room temperature.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Success team (info@mypuremarket.com) to inform us of your intent to return and receive a return authorization.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or call tags.
3. Shipping Address: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent to the return address provided during your return authorization process.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our receiving department to confirm it meets the return criteria (unopened and undamaged), a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
• Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
