- We are shipping from our storage facility in Orlando, Florida.
- We offer free shipping on supplement orders over $150.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Success team (info@mypuremarket.com) to inform us of your intent to return and receive a return authorization.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or call tags.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent to the return address provided during your return authorization process.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our receiving department to confirm it meets the return criteria (unopened and undamaged), a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
- Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
