D Plus K 5000 provides clinically useful amounts of vitamin D3 and vitamin K (both K1 and K2 [as MK-4]), along with geranylgeraniol (GG), a substance produced naturally in the body, to promote optimal bone and arterial health and to maintain the immune system in proper balance.  The amount of vitamins D and K in this formula may be beneficial for those who do not receive adequate sun exposure and/or dietary sources of these vitamins. Vitamins D and K work synergistically, thus, increasing vitamin D increases the need for vitamin K.

Gluten, Soy, Dairy Products, Animal Products and ingredients derived from Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), Artificial Colors, Artificial Sweeteners, and Artificial Preservatives.

Take one capsule per day with a meal, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Consult your health-care practitioner before using this product if you are taking Coumadin, warfarin or other anticoagulant medications.

2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or call tags.
3. Shipping Address: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent to the return address provided during your return authorization process.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our receiving department to confirm it meets the return criteria (unopened and undamaged), a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
• Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
